Pe Ell 4th of July Festival Car Show Registration

There are three options to register your vehicle for the Pe Ell 4th of July Festival in 2025:

*Fill out the application form below via google form.

*Print the .pdf below, and mail it to the address on the form.

*Pick up a copy at the Pe Ell Post Office, Pe Ell Pub, Evey's, Pe Ell Bank, or Town Hall, and mail it in.
