-No late applications will be accepted after June 30th, 2026. We greatly appreciate your timely application to ensure proper placement.
-The Pe Ell July 4th festival does NOT require a vender to have a business license- although it is highly recommended. Food vendors are required to hold a current health card from WA State Department of Health. A copy of your health card is required to be submitted with your application. We recommend obtaining a Lewis County Temporary Food Establishment Permit.
-EVENT IS HAPPENING RAIN OR SHINE. SPOTS ARE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE.
This is a two-day event: July 3rd & 4th, 2026
- Booth Set up is between 2-4pm on July 3rd, and 7-9am July 4th. Booths must be completed no later than 4pm on July 3rd, or 10am on July 4th.
* Vendors are responsible for setting up and tearing down of their booth.
*All booth displays MUST BE FREE STANDING. NO Taping, No leaning of displays, etc.
* Booths can be dismantled after 3pm. Packing up early will result in possible denial of future applications.
* Do not leave your booth unattended.
-Vendors understand that No Shows/No Calls on the day of the festival will result in no refund of the application fee and possibly being denied applications for future festivals. A simple text or email stating you cannot make it, will suffice.
-Vendors understand that once the form is submitted with fee, they will be emailed an invoice for record via the email provided on the form.
*If there are any issues with your submission or you are declined a spot you will receive an email explaining the reason for denial instead of an invoice.
* Vendors understand that fee payment is due with their registration.
*Payment can be made in the form of certified check, money order, or online payment option via our website *additional fee’s may apply*. Do not mail cash. Checks can be made out to Pe Ell 4th of July.
*If your payment is not received with your registration your spot will not be secured until payment is received .
*Refunds will not be given after July 1st, 2026.
*If the Pe Ell 4th of July Festival is canceled for any reason you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
-Vendors understand that they are to provide their own tables, chairs, canopy weights, and anything needed for booth set up.
*Vendors are to clean up their booth area and return it to its original condition. This means all trash, debris from your decorations, etc. must be cleaned up prior to leaving the venue.
*Disposal of garbage is the vendors responsibility.
-Approximately 1 week prior to the event vendors will receive an email with set up instructions. This includes your spot assignment and a map location of vendor booths.
-Any festival-day deviations from the originally accepted registration, violations of the stated guidelines, or inappropriate behavior could result in your denial from further festival events.
* Negativity and fighting will not be tolerated at festival events and will result in not being allowed back.
-The Pe Ell 4th of July Festival does not accept responsibility for traveling expenses, food, lodging, or any other expenses of the applying vendor.
